UPS Shipments
ProSource Lighting ships most orders via UPS on the same day they are received. Back ordered or out of stock items may have to ship at a later date. Next Day, Second and Third Day delivery is available. See Air Shipments (contact us or make a notation on the web based order form for other than UPS Ground service) We reserve the right to use our own discretion, as to which carrier is to be used on any shipment. Shipping and Handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE.



Air Freight Shipments
ProSource Lighting can ship your order via UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express or other applicable carrier. Air shipments must be prepaid or we will require your shipper number with the carrier to process your order. Please enter your account information and your carrier information into the shipping instructions on the “shipping information” page located during your checkout process.  Shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE.



Shipping Policy
What does ProSource Lighting mean by "Best Way"shipping?

You’ll have noticed that “Best Way” is ProSource Lighting's shipping option. We use primarily UPS and US Postal Service along with other carriers on a regular basis. Each of them offers a variety of services and options and it would be impossible to list all of the choices.

We look at all the factors involved– the value of the order, where it’s going, how it will be packed– and then we select the best mode in terms of economy, delivery time, and the risk of loss or damage. It sounds complicated, but we’ve been doing this for more than a two decades and the “Best Way” is immediately obvious to us when we process your order.

The "Best Way" will usually be the least expensive, but not always. As with all of our products, we try to give you the best value for money in shipment.



Return Policy
Request for returns must be made within 7 days of noted delivery by the carrier. Merchandise will not be considered for return and credit unless you (the buyer) have prior written approval from ProSource Lighting. *Merchandise that has been installed or used will not be accepted for return. All freight charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the shipper. Merchandise returned to ProSource Lighting without an RGA number will be refused or discarded and no credit issued. To send back a return an RGA number must be referenced on the shipment back to ProSource Lighting. In the event of a return or exchange, ProSource Lighting has the right to levy a restocking fee, deny the return, or issue an exchange on a product. *Special order products that are not in stock at time of order are Non Returnable.

All return merchandise is subject to inspection before any credit is approved.

Damage & Shortage Claims
UPS Shipments:
Any damage by UPS should be accepted by you and reported to ProSource Lighting the same day the packages are received.

Any concealed damage and/or shortage must be reported to ProSource Lighting within 3 days of delivery.

Common Carrier Shipments:
ProSource Lighting uses common carriers for shipping convenience, large items or orders that can not be shipped via a common ground service. Any damage or shortages must be notated immediately on the freight bill or bill of lading with the carrier company. It must be signed by the delivering driver the notations. You need to then file a claim with that carrier for shortage(s) and/or damage of material delivered.

ProSource Lighting passes responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pickup at our warehouse. Losses of items during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. ProSource Lighting will provide you with a tracking or PRO number and a contact number for the carrier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and notify them of the loss and or damage.

Any concealed damage must be reported to the Freight carrier within 3 days of delivery.

Any concealed shortage must be reported to ProSource Lighting within 3 days of delivery.
